ESL and American Workplace Culture Instruction
I am a certified TESOL instructor with decades of experience in a variety of classroom environments. I have created a highly successful course in American workplace language and culture for a diverse population of adult ESL students in the hospitality industry.
Whether your limited-English employees are out front serving customers or in the back of the shop, I can help them build their conversational skills to be more professional and efficient with customers, co-workers and management.
Contact me now to set up an on-site consultation. I am based in Los Angeles and offer training services anywhere in Southern California. However, please do not hesitate to contact me if you are out of the area. If my services are the right fit for your needs I can offer training anywhere in the United States.

About Me
I am a conversation coach for ESL adults as they prepare for interviews and move into the workplace.
Becoming confident and efficient at work requires much more than proper grammar. It requires an understanding of the unspoken meanings, cues and feelings that native speakers take for granted. In a safe and engaging environment, I offer the next level of fluency training that adult students need after passing ESL classes.
My instruction is constantly interactive, and students leave class feeling confident and energized. Students often report that my class is the essential ingredient, securing the mechanics learned in academic ESL classes.
I have a unique ability to meet each student exactly where they are.
I take great pride in the fact that even the most timid students feel safe to speak up, play, make mistakes, laugh and try again. I have deep respect for those adults who are working toward better lives and it is my joy to help them progress.
